A subscription to TerryComps is a very informal arrangement. Just provide an email address for a FREE month and you will be added to our subscription list. If you want to cancel your subscription, just let me know. Comps are delivered by email as they are developed. Invoices are sent by email monthly. The monthly invoice is for at least twenty-five comps but typically that is the minimum. TerryComps can also provide an Excel worksheet with the comp information (no images, however) for a small additional fee. Historical TerryComps are available. Pricing depends on how far back you would like to go.
